Adventures in vegetarianism
When I decided to change the way I looked at what I was putting into my body, my goal was to try to only eat “whole foods” - stuff that isn’t processed and is naturally nutrient-rich. That means whole grains and lots of fruits and veggies (plus organic eggs and milk).
